NOTE: With each reservation, our e-commerce solution, WooCommerce, creates TWO orders for tracking. The first order is for tracking the $150 deposit holding the reservation and processes through completion. The second order is for tracking the cost associated with the installation itself and will be due at the time of install. This second order’s status should show “Pending Payment” until the install is complete. Occasionally we have customers contact us after accidentally canceling one of their orders on this account page. No need to worry! Canceling a reservation is a manual process requiring a conversation directly with the customer and noted in the comments on the orders. If you accidentally changed their order to cancelled, simply let us know at [email protected] and we’ll correct it’s status right away!
