As we grow our startup and get our battery service program ready for you, our customers, we know many of you are out there telling your friends about us. We would like to reward you, and your friends for your efforts, and are re-launching our referral program. Read on to find out how it works.

For each customer that you refer to us, we will credit you one free month of your Battery as a Service subscription, regardless of the kWh that you are subscribed to (limited to one vehicle subscription.) And the customers that you refer with your referral code will receive 10% off of their reservation. There are some additional benefits, you’ll find them lower down this page.\
How to request your referral code:
We have changed our referral code generation process, please take note:
We have temporarily moved from an automatically generated referral code to a manual process while we work to transition some backend technology for Fēnix. To request your own referral code, you can simply reply to your “order complete” email and include “referral code request” in the body of your email reply. Alternately you can contact us at [email protected] with the subject referral code request, as well as your name and order number. (If you cannot find your original order number, your full name and include the email address your order was placed with will suffice.)

The referral codes only apply to online reservations for the Fēnix Power LEAF battery system
Additional reward levels:
After 12 reservation referrals, we will include our Fēnix Power Home Battery System with your LEAF Battery as a Service subscription. Note: our home charging system uses our same subscription model which will increase your monthly subscription, however, we will include your 12-month free subscription credit to your home battery subscription as well. Your first year of both will be free!
The Fine Print:
The rewards program is subject to change, though we promise to change it in ways that make sense and reward you for your efforts in sharing Fēnix with others.
Other reward levels will be added over time, if you have any questions, please contact us directly. If you would like to know how many referral credits you have, contact us and we can provide you a count of reservations that were made with your referral code.
